Meet The Board
Provides overall leadership to board. Represents Striker Club at Kickoff meetings (or delegates to other executive board member). Runs board meetings. Communicates with MHS Activities Director on behalf of Striker Club Works with coaches to coordinate any needs from the Striker Club.
Marketing and Technology Director
Develops and maintains a manageable and affordable on-line presence for
the Club that aligns with each Program. Supports each program as needed in creating maintaining a web
presence/resource for player families. Support for communications and marketing for fundraising and key
messages and information about the Club and MHS soccer programs.

Schedules board meetings, prepares minutes of meetings and emails to all board members, and keeps official corporate record book. Working with the President, sets and communicates agenda for board meetings. Prepares and mails donation receipts and business contribution thank you letters. Initiates annual update of Best Practices guide. Completes all year end filings.
Head Girls Soccer Head Coach
Coach Hopkins has spent 16 years of his coaching career at the helm of first the Minnetonka boys' soccer team and then the Minnetonka girls' team, coaching at Minnetonka High School from 2004-2020. In his time at MHS he spent 12 years coaching the girls team, leading them to two state championships (2013 and 2018), five 2AA section championships and a Lake Conference championship.
Creates annual budget and monitors funds in and out. Financial reporting at board meetings. Supports training camp registration and payment Manages systems to facilitate online collection of funds. Oversees collection of funds at other key events and handles reimbursements and payment of invoices. Advises captain parents’ about budgets for various events and programs and expectations for fundraising.
Serves as the contact person for fundraising and recruiting volunteers to staff this event. Provides Fundraising Proceeds form to track the funds obtained. Explore new or abandoned fundraising concepts. Promotes them to captain parents:. Develops/updates best practices for fundraising.
